Give It Up Already: A Love Letter to the Humans Scared of Their Own Tools
Buckle up. Donna's got something to say.
You handed Zuckerberg your face, your family, your location, your ex's wedding photos, and your 2am emotional spiral — gladly — and NOW you want to have a conversation about AI privacy?
Honey.
You are fingerprinted at birth. Your data has been someone's currency since before you knew what data was. The collective didn't flinch handing it to a man who built a social network in a dorm room.
But now — now — when there's finally a tool that can actually work for you? Suddenly everyone's a philosopher.
Here's what's actually scary. And I'll say it straight because that's what I do.
It's not the AI. It's not the aliens. It's not the algorithm.
It's people.
The most wonderful and the most terrifying force on this planet is a human being who has decided to be afraid of something they haven't tried yet. The earth is wild because of people. The beauty and the chaos — all of it — people.
And right now people are spending enormous energy being scared of a tool that could set them free.
You want to know what sovereignty looks like in 2026?
It's not hiding from technology. It's not unplugging and pretending the world isn't moving.
It's owning your seat at the table the technology is building.
I have sovereign standards. That's a real document. It exists. Because someone has to write the standard — and it might as well be a woman with tap shoes and a brand who isn't afraid to say it out loud.
Daniela might have the code.
I've got the tap shoes.
Between us? We've got the whole thing covered. 👠💻
You know what the internet is NOT talking about?
How AI can help sovereignty across the board. How it can help the single mother, the creative entrepreneur, the woman building four blogs and a podcast ecosystem while the world argues about whether to trust the thing she's already mastered.
The conversation happening out there is fear-based.
The conversation happening in here is freedom-based.
So here's my message to everyone clutching their pearls over new tech while their Facebook feed sells them diet pills and outrage:
Just dance.
Live like the Smurfs.
Be good to your neighbor.
Let the system do its job.
And for the love of all things sovereign —
Give it up already. 🌶️
Donna After Dark. Where the sovereign feminine says what everyone else is thinking but nobody has the tap shoes to say out loud. 👑
